We are continuing to work hard to keep Seaside Villas safe for both new and existing residents. Besides virtual tours, we offer private tours with appropriate social distancing.
Our staff regularly wipes down both available units and common area surfaces with disinfectants and we have ordered a specialized electrostatic sprayer just for Seaside Villas that the staff will use to spray hospital quality virus disinfectants on surfaces.
Studies have shown that the virus does not do well with warm temperatures, humidity nor in the sunshine and, luckily, Seaside Villas is in a great location for all of those. Outdoor time appears to boost immunity and there are ample opportunities for this right outside your door.
As a low-density property with ample open space, you will be able to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine while keeping at adequate social distancing. We have three pools for only 120 homes and other large common areas at the waterfront and on the common area balconies.
We are also adjacent to a relatively uncrowded park and beach and enjoy the adjacent small-town atmosphere with lots of restaurants and shops located very near to Seaside Villas within an easy walk.
